The Livonia Athletic District (LAD) is a 95,000+ sq ft indoor sports complex with a wide range of sports, health and wellness offerings — including two indoor artificial turf fields, four studio spaces, a kids' arcade and a cafe.
It is home to seven businesses: HealthQuest Physical Therapy, CORE Chiropractic and Performance Center, Optimus Barbell Sports and Performance, GoodRec Sports, Kickstart Toddler Soccer, Sogility Training and the Ann Arbor Dart Club.
LAD is also the official training location of Detroit Metro FC.
Our Mission
The mission of Livonia Athletic District is to provide the Metro Detroit community with programmes that offer vigorous, fun-filled, health-promoting physical activity conducive to wellness and personal development.
We seek to create a climate that motivates members to embrace a healthy lifestyle — enhancing friendships and social skills, developing leadership qualities, and cultivating a sense of ownership and belonging to the community.
